By using NjlaPay services, you agree to these Terms. Our services include payment processing APIs, dashboard tools, and related infrastructure.
Permitted Use
You may use NjlaPay to process legitimate payment transactions for legal goods and services. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and card network rules.
Prohibited Use
Processing payments for illegal goods or services
Money laundering or sanctions evasion
Artificially inflating transaction volumes
Unauthorized use of payment credentials
Fees and Payments
Transaction fees are as stated in your service agreement. We reserve the right to hold funds if we detect suspicious activity. Disputes are handled according to card network rules.
Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for serious violations. Settlement of outstanding transactions will be completed per our payout schedule.
